Resources & TrainingFeds track down businesswoman fugitive who fled U.S.CNHI News Service BOSTON — A businesswoman who fled to her native Dominican Republic two years ago to avoid going to federal prison was sentenced Tuesday to seven years behind bars. Federal authorities tracked down Albania Deleon, 41, last October in Santo Domingo, where she had dyed her hair blond and was carrying a false identification card. Once the owner of the largest asbestos removal training school in the U.S., she had been convicted of selling certificates to hundreds of unqualified illegal immigrants.
